• Vendor agrees to pay the vendor fee upon acceptance. • Vendor understands table fees are non-refundable, non-transferable, and not dependent on perceived success of the Vendor's experience at the GuttenGreen Festival. • Vendor is solely responsible for collecting and remitting, as required by law, all state sales tax. • Vendor may not sell or distribute items deemed illegal in the state of New Jersey. • Vendor understands Guttenberg Arts is not responsible for theft, loss, damages, or bodily injury to the vendor or employees of the vendor. • Vendor understands tables, tents and chairs will not be provided unless otherwise discussed with GuttenGreen Festival organizers. • Vendor stands must be staffed and the vendor or their representative will demonstrate professionalism at all times. No unreasonable disruptive or abusive behavior will be tolerated. • Vendor will remove all vending materials from Jackson Street by the end of the day on June 22nd, 2024. • Vendor acknowledges responsibility to the town of Guttenberg, NJ, for any and all damages to the premises as a direct result of the negligence of the vendor.
